WBZ-TV has now gotten a new weekend morning Meteorologist. She joined the WBZ weather team in January 2005 as the morning weather producer. As many of you know, Sarah also works for WSI (Weather Services International).

WCVB-TV, NewsCenter 5 has promoted Gerry Wardwell to Assistant News Director. Wardwell previously was the Managing Editor for about nine years. He joined NewsCenter 5 in 1998 as Executive Producer. Former WHDH-TV reporter Mike Macklin has filed a age discrimination suit against Channel 7. Macklin, 56, was fired from Channel 7 back in 2007. He had been with the station for 13 years. WHDH had been slowly limiting his working hours in January 2006.
